Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses via our online shop Werlot.com.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Conclusion of Contract

  1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
  2. By clicking the “Buy” button, the customer submits a binding order.
  3. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order via email.

4. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are final prices in euros (€), including VAT.
  2. Shipping costs are charged in addition, unless explicitly stated as free of charge.
  3. Accepted payment methods: Shopify Payments; PayPal
  4. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery

  1. Delivery is available within Europe.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is +/- 5 days.
  3. Shipping costs are shown on the product page and during checkout.
  4. For digital goods (e.g. downloads), availability is provided immediately after payment.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

10. Governing Law

Luxembourg law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers within the EU, the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence also apply.

11. License for Digital 3D Files

  1. When purchasing digital 3D files from our shop, the customer acquires a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, private use only.
  2. The customer is not permitted to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, resell, publicly display, or make the files available to third parties in any way.
  3. The files may not be uploaded to any online platforms, marketplaces, or file-sharing services.
  4. Commercial use, including the production of items for resale, is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by us.
  5. All intellectual property rights remain with AMSOL sarl.
